Tai Chi with Cait

Experience the added healing benefits of our advanced healing EESystem (Energy Enhancement System) room while practicing Tai Chi. Tai Chi is great for flexibility and strength, and heart health. It focuses on proper posture, body awareness, and proper breathing, while bringing you into deep meditative state.

Tai Chi helps the immune system, improves anxiety, and helps deepen sleep. It can help alleviate arthritis, improve balance, and heal the respiratory system.

We will meet Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30-9:30, starting on May 15. The drop in is $20, and you can reserve here online, or in person. Please come 15 minutes early. You can call or text Cait at 916-598-7890 to reserve or ask any questions.
