Sound Bowl Healing with Jeff

Join us for a beautiful sound bath focused on healing your chakras. Crystal bowls will be used and background music has been prerecorded to add depth and nature sounds. Sound bath will last 60 min followed by a 60 min meditation.

Our host, Jeff was born and raised in Santa Cruz , California and moved to Sacramento in 2003. He’s been playing music in one form or another since the age of 12. Struck with a bout of anxiety in his late 30s, he looked to music once again to overcome challenges in life. Jeff has started to record and produce meditation music and guided meditations. Jeff is certified as a crystal bowl sound healer and a certified meditation teacher. His interests also include astrology, yoga and breathwork.
